VAX

Agents - When you are ready to do the VAX training with FunJet Vacations you have to send in a trouble ticket to Traverus stating exactly that.
This is what you will receive in return. (The links are disabled)

Please follow the directions below to register for VAX training:

You do NOT need a login and password to take the VAX training.

1. Required: VAX Vacation Access - Introduction to booking vacations
click here for training dates and sign up.

Join this event if you are a new user or need a refresher course.

In this course, you will learn to:
> Explore site navigation and value-added resources, including destination content, promotions, vendor resources, and support.
> Use fundamental functionality to search for vacation availability.
> Compare products, review your commission, and email itineraries to your customers.
> Confirm a reservation, add payments, and enter special service requests and comments.

2. Once you decide on the date you would like to register for click on the date and fill in the information for registration.

3. Upon completing the 60 minute training you will get a confirmation from VAX stating you have completed the training.
**Cut and paste that email confirmation from VAX into a travel helpdesk ticket to request your VAX registration.We will assign you a login within 72 business hours.**

Join this event if you have participated in the Introduction to booking vacations training and want to learn more!

In this course, you will learn to:
> Service your reservations using management tools for reservation confirmations or price matches.
> Modify confirmed reservations, change travel components, update passenger information, reduce the number of passengers,
and change the original travel dates.
> Use the Copy button to book a similar reservation or reinstate a canceled reservation.
> Use the Reservation History screens to display reservation prices, special service requests, passenger changes, component
modifications and commission adjustments, accounting activity, and general comments.
